In short. You can cancel a subscription anytime and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Because access to digital analytics is granted immediately, fees already charged are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate or failed transactions and the limited cases below.
Subscription fees are for immediate access to a digital analytics service and are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started and access has been provided. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical fault that prevented you from using the Service for a sustained period, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
One-time products, such as a single expiry-day pass, grant access for a specific, short, pre-booked window. Because the value is delivered on that day, these purchases are non-refundable once the booked day has begun. If you purchased the wrong day and have not yet used the pass, contact us before the booked day and we will try to accommodate a change.
Email support@optionmeshai.in from the email address registered to your account, with your transaction/order reference and a brief description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment gateway. Once processed, refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer's timelines. Applicable payment-gateway fees or taxes may be non-refundable where required.
