Because access to digital analytics is granted immediately, fees already charged are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate or failed transactions and the limited cases below.
Plan fees are for immediate access to a digital analytics service and are generally non-refundable once the month has been activated and access has been provided. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical fault that prevented you from using the Service for a sustained period, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
New accounts receive three free trading sessions after verifying a mobile number. The trial costs nothing, requires no card, is limited to one per mobile number and is not transferable. It carries no refund rights because nothing is charged for it.
